Midlands Unite
Midlands UNITE is a network for youth leaders that offers incredible opportunities to connect with others and receive support from training providers. We collaborate closely with leading youth ministries to offer valuable training and guidance to all connected leaders. Regular events for youth leaders and youth are also an essential part of Midlands UNITE.

Youth for Christ (training)
Youth ministry can be brilliant, unpredictable, stretching – and sometimes a bit overwhelming. The Training Wall has been designed to help. It’s a free, on-demand training space designed to support you and your team as you invest in young people. Whether you’ve been leading for years or you’ve just said “yes” to helping out, you’ll find practical, down-to-earth training you can actually use.
From helping young people engage with the bible to leading a team of volunteers, the Training Wall is full of short sessions that speak into real situations you’ll recognise, including:
- How to start and hold meaningful conversations with young people
- Tips for communicating up front without feeling awkward or out of your depth
- Ways to handle challenging behaviour with confidence and care
- Guidance on leading those important moments when a young person is exploring faith
No jargon. No fluff. Just helpful input from people who understand what youth ministry is really like.
